Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Welcome to Madhouse Clothing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Madhouse Clothing website and your purchase of products from our store.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Madhouse Clothing

Madhouse Clothing is an apparel brand offering clothing and related products through our online store.

Our website and online store are powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and other product details are accurate and up to date.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings, and minor variations may occur between product photographs and the actual product.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted for fulfillment.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Errors in product or pricing information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Shipping restrictions
Errors in the order or customer information
Other circumstances that require us to cancel the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise. Once an order has been shipped, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information about order processing, delivery, and international orders.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy.

Please review our Return Policy before making a purchase so that you understand the requirements and timeframes that apply to returns and refunds.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Madhouse Clothing name and logo, artwork, graphics, illustrations, photographs, product designs, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Madhouse Clothing unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use our content or designs without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of Madhouse Clothing’s intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
Interfere with the operation or security of the website
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
Use the website in a way that could harm Madhouse Clothing or other users

9. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services, applications, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, or other service providers to operate our business and fulfill orders.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
